Cast and Crew camaraderie was strong from the very beginning. People from all over the country and from all different backgrounds soon found themselves making friends. They gathered around a campfire every evening for dinner, then stayed and chatted into the wee hours of the night. "I don't think any of us have ever consumed so many marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate in our lives as we did in that camp," says actress Elissa Davidson ("Elissa French").

"The hardest part was the 12 to18 hour days," says actor Steve Sabellico. "You're getting up at 5 A.M. and you've got to do these scenes all day. And you're not just an actor, you're the crew, too. I would go from doing a teary-eyed breakup scene to tying a dolly to the roof of the truck. Then I'm holding up a light for two hours, and then I'm acting again, soaked, out in the rain putting up a tent."

"We were all in it together," says actress Andria Brown ("Gwen Stacy"). "It wasn't just some job. Everybody worked harder for it because we were creating something special, something original. And in that way it belonged to us. We loved it through the sunburn and the rain and the poison ivy because it was our own."
